Laser
At JB2 we offer top notch laser services. Our machine is a 2022 6K Fiber Laser with scan cut technology. This laser has all the bells and whistles. It will cut thick material and hold the tightest tolerance. We offer a dual 5'x10' interchanging bed that helps accommodate larger jobs.
Machining
From CNC machines to manual machines and press brakes, CNC Lathes, manual mills, and manual lathes, we have it all. We offer a 2021 VF-4 HAAS mill, 2012 Okuma LB3000 4-axis live tool lathe, 150 ton ACCURL Genius CNC press brake, Robotic welding, CNC tube notching and bending and other smaller, but none the less important, machines that can get the job done.
Design
JB2 brings a lot to the table when discussing design. Our team has over 25 years of in depth design and engineering experience. We go to the up most level to secure your idea and make sure it is turned into your design. We utilize solid works for design and engineering tasks.
